Transfer record interface

Interface Overview:
Get the transfer records of each player in CS2 and customize the parameter query. (The paths of different projects are the same, and they are distinguished by the game ID)
The interface returns the full transfer record of the passed parameters.
Recommended Request:
Initialization: Full request, obtain all current transfer records.
Update data: Request update data if needed.
Suggested frequency: 1 time/day
